Art Attack

All of us have an artist inside us somehow and we just need to work on it to excel if we want to be good at it. We have different ways of expressing ourselves and either way we do is simply unique because it represent who we are.

Art is a simply way of showing others who we are, what we believe in and the way we think. With every stroke we do is done by us unconsciously. Our hidden talent comes out to express every detail the way we want it to look like. Having different artist supplies like brushes, paints and canvases is a plus if we really want to take things seriously. This hobby needs not to be expensive but some who has great source of funds take the time and budget to buy highly expensive materials to do their work. Painters are not eager to be recognized by people who appreciate their work but somehow we give them that recognition because of the contribution they make in the community as they show people varieties of sceneries, landmarks, historical events and many other things because of their paintings.

We all hope that people will never grow tired of admiring and doing paintings even though we are reaching the point that technologies are getting more hi-tech every day. Still painting with a paint brush on a canvas is a great way of conveying our point of view to the public.

A Beautiful Mind

An artist starts from a very young age; from the time a fragile mind tries to be artistic in whatever way. A baby’s first attempt at being artistic is when the baby holds up a crayon and starts scribbling on the floor, wall or any surface the baby could reach or when the baby strives to stock up a couple of blocks and creates a new image. The minute we see our baby do this our hearts jumps for joy as we recognize our baby’s work. Often we try to catch that moment with a camera or call people to look at it with their own eyes. From there on we support our child and buy them art supplies for them to excel.

With much support our child can enhance their skills in art by giving their needs, appreciating their work and giving some tips. It’s very important that we don’t pull them down and discourage them for it will hurt their delicate feeling and they will carry that forever. Trying to be good at making art is not as easy as making pie. It’s not something that could be learned overnight or cold be bought in store. It takes years of experience and hard work to reach that certain level of excellence. Keeping strong heart and not giving up is the primary key whether it’s oil painting or water color, or use sable or bristle brush, you need to keep them focused on their work and appreciate them, it would bring delight on their part and let us always remember how beautiful their mind is.

The Way of the Art

An imagination is the best blessing one person can ever receive. It’s the ultimate feature of man and no can ever take that away. Your body might be confined but the mind is as free as a bird. That’s how most artist think wherever they may be or whatever they are doing. Their mind is on constant flight that takes them anywhere they want to find that special something to serve as an inspiration in their work converting that simple idea into an elaborated work of art using either pen, pencil, knife or art brush.

Icons like Michelangelo who painted the ceiling of the Sistine chapel, Leonardo da Vinci who made the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper are very talented in this kind of stuff. Making a portrait of a person is not easy as it looks, every stroke you make keeps getting harder and harder. It may not need proportion but the messages have to be visible and understandable by the viewers. The artists brush is more likely to be their best friend as they need them all the time. It’s like a part of their body and personality that represents who they are in the world.

From time to time the way of the art is changing but the soul never changes. Art supplies may change the way they look, there name might be different, the prices may rise an fall but the purpose remains to be the same, for making art and expressing their heart through it. There is an artist in everyone; we just need the right inspiration, right tools and a lot of hard work to show it.

The idea formed on the canvas with paint is a very challenging task that demands a lot of time, skills, and many fine art supplies.
