Art Evolution

There are a lot of ways to express ones emotion, idea, culture, and belief and one of the ways to do it is through art. Common forms of art are acting, dancing, singing, sculpting and painting. Most people can paint but only a few can really make an art out of it. The idea formed on the canvas with paint is a very challenging task that demands a lot of time, skills, and many fine art supplies.

Before, an artist spends a lot on materials such as brushes, canvases and paints. But in this moment in time, the world of art has evolved from using a brush and canvas to using a mouse and monitor that causes the price of supplies to drop. Artist are using less art brushes and are now focusing on using computers to express themselves through software’s that makes images. And on the plus side you can also edit your work before making a hard copy, in that way you can save a lot on time and materials.

But though the change, there are still whom chooses to do art the old fashion way because for them there is no pleasure quite like it. The aroma of the paint, the texture of the canvas that is felt through every stroke which you can’t get using a computer is a painter’s ecstasy. And because of the price decrease, more people can now avail of every artist supplies they need for their work.

In the end, an art is still an art whether it is made on canvas or monitor. The things used might be different but the important thing is the message you want to send to the viewers. It will be appreciated by many as long as you give it all you’ve got and use your heart in doing your work.
